TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Affiliates must not be located in or promote ClickGuard services in jurisdictions that are under U.S. or EU economic sanctions.

ClickGuard reserves the right to refuse or terminate affiliate participation if the promotion occurs in restricted industries, including but not limited to gambling, cryptocurrency exchanges, adult content, or misleading advertising.

‍

ClickGuard does not actively track affiliate industries but retains the right to review partnerships on a case-by-case basis.

‍

All affiliates must comply with ClickGuard's Code of Conduct and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

• Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on all referred sales for the first 24 months of duration of the referred account, or up until the account's subscription is cancelled.
• Commissions will be calculated based on the gross sale amount, excluding chargebacks.

Commissions will be calculated based on the net subscription payment received, excluding refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions.

‍

ClickGuard retains the sole discretion to review and adjust commissions in cases of suspected fraudulent referrals or misrepresentations. Any disputes regarding commission payments shall be resolved by ClickGuard, and its decision shall be final and binding.

‍

• Affiliates will also be entitled to a one-off $7 for every referred user that signs up for a trial, even if they do not convert to a sale.

• Referral cookies have a lifespan of 60 days. Commissions will only be credited for sales made within this timeframe.

• Payouts will be made on a monthly basis via Paypal, and sent out on the 18th of every month.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Affiliates earning over $5,000 annually may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

‍

Payment methods may include PayPal, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon payment solutions. ClickGuard is not responsible for delays or transaction fees associated with third-party payment processors.

• Affiliates who generate more than $10,000 in annual revenue from customers with more than $500,000 in ad spend will receive a one-time $1000 bonus.
• ClickGuard reserves the right to verify sales and disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible transactions.

‍

To qualify for the High Performer Bonus, affiliates must provide verifiable proof of referred customers’ advertising expenditures exceeding $500,000.

‍

ClickGuard may require supporting documentation, including ad spend reports, invoices, or analytics. Failure to provide requested verification may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

You are welcome to promote ClickGuard with any transparent strategy that aligns with our core values, except for the following:

• Run online paid ads on behalf of ClickGuard that drive direct traffic to the ClickGuard website: Google ads, Meta ads, Bing ads, etc.*
• Modify ClickGuard’s logos, banners, or colors.
• Offer unofficial discounts or coupons
• Misrepresent our name and/or product to attract leads
• Represent or speak on behalf of ClickGuard.

Note:
You can leverage online ads as long as you drive traffic to your own online channels such as a website, YouTube channel, etc. Remember, you are not to utilize the ClickGuard brand name or the term “click fraud” on your ad campaigns.

• ClickGuard reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for violation of these terms and conditions.
• ClickGuard reserves the right to verify sales and disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible transactions.

• ClickGuard reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.
