Our hiring process
Once your application is received, our recruiting team will review your application to see if you meet all basic and some preferred qualifications listed on the job description.
Qualified candidates are asked to submit a short self introduction video or to answering three very basic questions by recording a video response (up to two minutes per question).
You'll have a video call (via zoom, meet or MS teams) with the hiring manager to go over the job details, responsibilities, expectations and other run things like culture team structure.
Assesment Task (Optional)
The hiring manager may request for you to do a special take-home task (or tasks) that give you a chance to demonstrate your skill.
Meet the Team (Optional)
You'll have the opportunity to meet the leadership and some of the team members that you'll be working with on a day-to-day basis where you'll get a chance to interview us to learn more about the culture.
Once all references have been confirmed and verified, we make an offer to the candidate we feel is best addition to our team.
