About the Role

As the Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and overseeing our business development, including planning and implementation, to help bring new clients to our rapidly growing platform. 

This strategic position is only open to individuals with proven BDR and BDM experience that have shown a proven track record of creating and leading business development campaign strategies. You’ll be expected to be very hands-on with every aspect of developing, executing, overseeing, and reporting with KPI’s directly to our CMO. 

While you can be based anywhere in the world, most of our customers are in the US & Canada. We're looking for someone able to work in regular EST zone:

Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM EST (We won’t track your time, pinky promise, but this is the best time to reach our ideal customers 🤘 and collab with the team)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching and understanding the needs and pain points of target clients, their industry, and their competitors.
  • Build, manage and maintain a sales pipeline, and deliver qualified leads to Sales Lead.
  • Develop and grow prospect client relationships.
  • Developing and implementing best practice operating strategies and providing direction for business development activities
  • Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics and KPIs
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Qualifications  / Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience (preferably in the Digital Marketing industry)
  • Proven and verifiable track record in BDR roles 
  • Highly creative and experienced in identifying target audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date and passion for the latest trends and best practices 
  • True Self-Starter that is equal parts hunter and farmer
