Yes. ClickGuard supports Google Ads Smart campaigns, which replaced AdWords Express. Google fully manages Smart campaigns and doesn't accept campaign-level exclusions in them, so ClickGuard blocks invalid traffic with account-level IP exclusions, which cover every campaign in the account, and tracks clicks with an account-level tracking template.
Yes. ClickGuard supports Smart campaigns, with account-level IP exclusions.
Smart campaigns are fully managed by Google Ads. Outside of the ad itself and the budget you can't change them, and they don't accept campaign criteria such as negative keywords, placement exclusions or campaign-level IP exclusions.
ClickGuard tracks Smart campaigns when the tracking template is installed at the account level. To block invalid traffic, it adds IP exclusions at the account level, and account-level exclusions apply to every campaign in the account, Smart campaigns included.
AdWords Express no longer exists: Google turned it into Smart campaigns. If you used AdWords Express, your campaigns are now Smart campaigns, and ClickGuard protects them the same way.
