To initiate a refund request from Google Ads due to suspected invalid or fraudulent clicks, you must submit a **Click Quality Investigation Request** through Google’s official form, which can be accessed on the link below:

As part of the submission process, Google requires detailed evidence of suspicious activity, specifically a **click log** documenting the potentially fraudulent clicks. You can easily retrieve this information from your ClickGuard dashboard by navigating to the **Click Forensics** section, selecting the specific time period. After that, you can use the **Filters** to list only **Bad** clicks for that specific time period and then download the CSV file via **Export** button.

The exported CSV file can be downloaded from the **Scheduled Reports** —> **Downloads** tab.

**Please Note:**

Google only permits one manual click quality investigation request per advertiser account every **60 days**. Therefore, it is essential to compile and submit all relevant evidence and supporting data within a single, comprehensive request to maximize the chances of a favorable outcome.
