ClickGuard looks at the traffic your ads send to your website and connects to your ad accounts to block bad sources. Both mean handling data on your behalf, so here is what we collect, how we use it and how you stay in control.

## Terms of service and privacy policy

How ClickGuard handles your data is set out in our [Terms of Service](https://www.clickguard.com/terms-of-service) and [Privacy Policy](https://www.clickguard.com/privacy-policy). If your company needs a data processing agreement or custom terms, [contact us](https://www.clickguard.com/contact-us).

## What data does ClickGuard collect?

To tell real visitors from invalid traffic, the tracking code records information about each visit from your ads, such as the IP address, the network it comes from, the device and browser, and how the visitor interacts with your page. From your ad accounts, ClickGuard reads the data it needs to match clicks to campaigns and to apply exclusions.

ClickGuard does not collect what visitors type into your forms, and it does not record their sessions.

## Is my information private?

Yes. The data ClickGuard collects is used to protect your ads and to run and improve ClickGuard. We do not sell your data or your visitors' data.

## Do you train AI models on my data?

No. ClickGuard does not use your data, or your visitors' data, to train AI models.

## What can ClickGuard do in my ad accounts?

When you connect an ad account, you grant ClickGuard access through the ad platform's own sign-in. ClickGuard uses that access to read campaign data, set up click tracking and add or remove exclusions for sources it flags. You can see every change ClickGuard makes in your ad account's change history.

You can disconnect an ad account at any time, see [How to disconnect my ad account](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-disconnect-my-ad-account). To revoke access completely, see [How to remove ClickGuard's OAuth access](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-remove-clickguards-oauth-access). To remove a workspace and everything in it, see [How to delete a workspace](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-delete-a-workspace).

## Who owns my data?

You do. Your account, your settings and the data collected for your websites belong to you.
