# Managing your account

Workspaces, websites, ad accounts and team members.

- [How to create a new workspace](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-create-a-new-workspace.md): A workspace keeps a set of websites, ad accounts and team members together, so it's handy to have one for each client or business. To add one, click the + icon next to your website's name at the top left, select Create a new workspace and follow the setup wizard.
- [How to add or remove a website](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-add-or-remove-website.md): Add a website from the + icon next to your website's name and select Protect a new website. To remove a website for good, go to Settings › Website › Preferences and click Delete. To pause protection for a while instead, turn off AI-Driven Threat Monitoring in AI Protection.
- [How to add more ad accounts](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-add-more-ad-accounts.md): Click the + icon next to your website's name, select Connect new ad account and follow the steps for the platform. Google Ads and Microsoft Ads use ClickGuard's tracking template or URL suffix; Meta Ads needs the tracking code, accepted audience terms and the campaign ID in your ad URLs.
- [How to add members to your workspace](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-add-workspace-members.md): Add team members in Settings › Team access and choose which workspaces each one can see. There are two roles: a Manager can change protection settings, create custom rules and manage data and invoices, while an Analyst can only view data and reports, without changing any settings.
- [How to disconnect my ad account](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-disconnect-my-ad-account.md): Remove an ad account from a website in Settings › Website › Connections: open the account, go to Danger zone and click Delete. To pause ClickGuard for a while instead, turn off the account's Click detection toggle. The account itself stays untouched on the ad platform.
- [How to remove ClickGuard's OAuth access](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-remove-clickguards-oauth-access.md): You remove ClickGuard's OAuth access in your Google account, not in ClickGuard. Go to Security, open Manage third-party access, find ClickGuard and choose Remove access. This doesn't cancel your ClickGuard subscription or trial, so cancel your plan separately if you also want to stop being billed.
- [How to delete a workspace](https://www.clickguard.com/help/managing-your-account/how-to-delete-a-workspace.md): Only the workspace Owner can delete a workspace. Open Settings, go to Danger Zone and click Delete next to Remove workspace and all its data. Every website and ad account in the workspace is removed with it, and this cannot be undone.
